*Note about contract pricing on Package A:
Price for 12 month contract is $69 per month or $59 per month for 36 month contract. However we offer a 'first year try out' program at the 3 year contract price. You pay $59 per month for the first year (plus a one-time cost to set-up, program and install on your phone system of $99.00). At the end of the 12 month contract you have 3 options:
  1. Renew contract for 36 months at today's rate of $59 per month.
  2. Renew contract for 12 months at today's rate of $69 per month.
  3. Return equipment/productions with no further obligation.

Price for 12 month contract is $39 per month or $29 per month for 36 month contract. However we offer a 'first year try out' program at the 3 year contract price. You pay $29 per month for the first year (plus a one-time cost to set-up, program and install on your phone system of $99.00). At the end of 12 month contract you have 3 options:

  2. Renew contract for 12 months at today's rate of $39 per month.
  3. Return equipment/productions with no further obligation.

Upgrade Option:
After contracting for Package B or C, you can upgrade to a customized message production (Package A) at any time during contract period and only have to pay the difference of $30 per month. Existing contract will then reset.

Additional Products and Services Pricing:
We also provide professional voice-over recordings to be used on your company's automated attendant and voice mail system. This allows for the same recorded voice to be heard when callers are put on hold and when listening to company greetings, menus, etc. We can provide voice-over in any standard audio format (ie, mp3, wave, etc.) and deliver via e-mail, audio CD or memory card. We also have an interface module that plugs into the handset cord of your phone for downloading automated attendant greetings to your phone system. Some phone systems will accept audio files directly without this interface. Check with your telephone system vendor for requirements. Please call our office for pricing.

Package A - Customized Productions
  • MWP-6000 Audio Digitizer with 228-minute recording capacity, AC power adapter and connecting cord. Uses Secure Digital card for expansion.
  • Two (standard and holiday) professional customized message and music-on-hold productions (your choice of 6-8 different music selections for each production using the same 4 messages of up to 100 words each).
  • Mountain West Productions staff will write a script for your company (using your completed questionnaire).
  • All servicing of audio digitizer/productions as needed.
  • Update production every 6 months with new professionally recorded messages and music selections.

Package B - Generic Productions
  • MWP-6000 Audio Digitizer with 228-minute recording capacity, AC power adapter and connecting cord. Uses Secure Digital card for expansion.
  • A total of four generic message and licensed music-on-hold productions including:
    1. A 50 minute production including 15 light and easy music selections mixed with generic messages every 30 seconds.
    2. A 50 minute production including 16 upbeat and lively music selections mixed with generic messages every 30 seconds.
    3. A 27 minute production including 9 classical music selections mixed with generic messages every 60 seconds
    4. A 12 minute holiday production including 6 holiday music selections mixed with holiday greeting messages every 18 seconds. (This production is generally used in the November/December time frame each year.)
  • All servicing of audio digitizer/productions as needed.

Package C - Generic Productions - Classical
  • MWP-6000 Audio Digitizer with 228-minute recording capacity, AC power adapter and connecting cord. Uses Secure Digital card for expansion.
  • A total of four generic message and licensed music-on-hold productions including:
    1. A 102 minute production including 20 classical music selections mixed with generic messages every 60 seconds.
    2. A 27 minute production including 9 classical music selections and no messages (this is a music only production).
    3. A 27 minute production including 9 classical music selections mixed with holiday greetings.
    4. A 12 minute production including 6 holiday music selections mixed with holiday greetings
    Note: Productions 3 and 4 are "holiday" productions that would generally be used in the Nov/Dec time frame each year.
  • All servicing of audio digitizer/productions as needed.

(This package is designed for those companies that prefer all classical music rather than a variety of music genres).
